Bagpipes or no bagpipes?

Chester allows busking with no licence required which gives the city a lovely vibe. Today a young fella playing an violin which was amazing, however not far away was a guy playing the bagpipes. He was dressed in camouflage but I don't think he was collecting for H for H or any other military charity but the noise was horrendously loud. The poor staff in Marks.

I love listening to different instruments being played but I'm not a bagpipes fan. Though I did drag Chilla to concert of the Brighouse & Rastrick Brass Band which was loud so it wasn't the loudness.

Do you enjoy listening to bagpipes?
