HELP Please can anyone suggest what I do now..

What on earth can I do? ED went out earlier with the dog, being collected by a friend. OH just took a phone call from someone to do with the Dartmoor Rescue or something who said they were updating us ??????????????????? and she had been picked up with an injured leg ???????????????????????????? No idea where, when or anything. She's not answering her phone or responding to texts and I don't know her friend's number. The number that phoned doesn't accept incoming calls.

As if that wasn't bad enough my mother is in hospital having had a fall and broken her leg. Awaiting surgery.

I can't think straight and OH is being useless.
