See the penguins are out with a vengeance this morning, so thought I would start pushing them down.
OH finally got home, minus his bag, at about 11.15pm last night instead of about 9.30pm. The train was absolutely packed but luckily he got a seat, as the last 2 trains from Brighton to Portsmouth had been cancelled plus there was everyone who had had to go to Brighton from Victoria. No news on his bag yet.
It has obviously been raining in the night and the sky is grey. Have just looked at the BBC forecast and it is not good. Can't see us watching the Bentleys racing if it is pouring with rain (Phew!!). But we do need to go into town as OH's wash bag was in the backpack he took to the meeting and he has no razor etc. Unless he goes for the designer stubble look! Good excuse for a coffee and toasted teacake!
