Debbie spent most of yesterday with her great uncle Ken as the home had phoned early in the morning to say that they though it wouldn't be long before he passed. She and Mr DBVC spent the day there till 7.30. Ken passed away peacefully at 10 p.m. yesterday.
He had a good innings as they say and was lucky to have DBVC to look after him so well and arrange and deal with the various doctors and housing/home that he needed as he got progressively more unwell.
It's getting to be a bad day for people leaving this earth:(
