Summer dresses

Am I asking for a miracle? I have been looking for some cheap, pretty summer dresses that aren't fuddy duddy, not too short, hide my bingo wings, not waisted (as I don't have one) and not too dressy. I have got fed up with online shopping but have been trawling the internet but would rather go to a shop. So far have tried, kaleidoscope, bon prix, shopstyle.co.uk, oasis, wallis, house of fraser, debenhams, bhs, littlewoods, freemans, asos, axparis, next, boden- even though they are expensive. I like Joe Browns but they are a bit pricey.

So far have come up nil.

Any ideas ladies?
