Day 43 - it's a low point for the steppers

Huntingdonshire - this was my first high point, as I drove past it.

Boring Field - so Boring that there isn't even a picture of it in the book of High points. Still, so you can share the peak...

And moving on.....Huntingdonshire is home to - drum roll please - the lowest point in England, Holme Fen, which is 9' below sea level - can't say this isn't educational.

This was originally Whittlesey Mere and was drained to make farmland, the lowest point is marked by the Holme Fen posts, which came from Crystal palace in the 19th Century. Originally their tops were level with the ground, but the mere was drained and now stand at 4 meteres high!

you aren't going to believe this, we are in Huntingdonshie and came across these

i know how to make Rosa happy!

No idea what the steps were yesterday, very poor though after a meeting and supperclub last night. Tired now....
