I really struggle with the it's all man made theory. Apparently the warmest December on record was 1948 with temps of 18 degrees.
I remember seeing an interview with a pub landlord, whose premises were next to the river in York, when the river rose and flooded a few years back. The landlord pointed to a mark on the wall and cheerily said, ' it's not flooded this high since 1765'..... Not much man made emissions back then.
The thing I find complicated is that there are explanations from both sides of the coin and as a layperson I think it's impossible to work out the science.
