Today is the first day that I've felt ' normal' in quite awhile. It's the first night l have slept thru, it's amazing the difference that makes. The sun is shining but it's cold.
I can now get around the house on one crutch, which means l can carry things from place to place instead of having to put them in a shoulder bag. Not that l would risk carrying a cup or something with liquid. Physio is still painful but each day l see a sml improvement. Have the staples out on Thursday and just learnt that they only take out alternative ones and if it holds OK the others come out Friday. Not looking forward to that!!!!
