Dried fruit

I'm drying fruit in the oven for Christmas decorations. Whole Small satsumas well the might be clementines slit them down all the way round. They have been on a low heat in the oven all day, but I've taken them out as they are going very dark. Any ideas how to finish them off as they are a little sticky even though they have been on a rack in the oven.

Wondered if I put them on the radiator?

Never have problems with Orange slices.
