Surprise! Good Morning PN …. I know this is a ridiculous hour even for Greece but not so I imagine for you over there. Had OH's lunch for work on my mind - that there might not be any as I haven't been out of the house since Monday (this will change in a few hours - first stop supermarket!)
Thought you might appreciate a good morning call from up the road before you take off to the beach with the GCs you lucky thing you or maybe you're on your way back before the midday heat is upon you.
No snow here after all the hype so OH is taking the bike this morning (not convinced he won't be rather damp by the time he arrives but he won't be convinced).
Hope you and yours are enjoying your time together over there and that you've restocked on SPF - don't want you being sizzled and suffering after.
I'm being serenaded by the dishwasher, the washing machine and OH's first alarm call now - I think I should record the three and sell it to a Rave or something - could become a trend and so in contrast to the lady I was listening to yesterday - rediscovered Petula Clark on my CD shelves - quite entertaining after all - haven't listened to her in years. Brought back a few memories and confirmed my long term memory is not as shot through as the short one LOL.
Nothing very exciting to report otherwise so I shall finish my coffee and attend to the noises coming from our bedroom - just don't understand how it's next to his ear and it doesn't wake him, grim as it is when I'm in a faraway room and the din is truly grating on my nerves.
