About 3 weeks ago I came across a few recipes on the W&H pages that I thought I would like to try, so I used the facility for saving them which involved creating a user id. I (naively it would appear) agreed to use my Facebook profile as my W&H user id.
I immediately began to receive daily newsletters into an email box that I use only for private communications. I "unsubscribed" from ALL communications, but continued to receive daily emails. I thought it might take a few days to sort out, but no - this continued. For the past 3 weeks, I have received daily emails and I have unsubscribed from every one. They go to my spam folder, but I don't see why I am getting them at all. I changed the email address on my Facebook account and I now receive daily emails on BOTH email addresses. Nothing seems to stop the daily emails.
When I click on the site's "privacy policy", I apparently have to write a letter to TimeInc UK if I have a problem with the privacy policy. Is this the only way to get off the e-mailing list? To send a letter in the POST?
It appears impossible to unsubscribe to W&H newsletters
