Morning Ladies What's up and what's going down today with u?

I am trying to find the energy to get up and out and visit my very poorly great uncle later on today.

It's a lot milder this morning here in this part of Kent so this will help with my asthma.

Best wishes to all who are also not feeling so great and are suffering with ills and problems.

Happy Birthday again to our SL and Mr Rosa.

Right I am off to feed the cats and get me a mug of tea.
