Boiled and pulped chestnuts mixed with dark and milk melted chocolate, cherry brandy and icing sugar and piped the contents into individual paper cases and the result is delicious. Don't ask me for the recipe - I shall let you know if they solidify in the fridge between now and morning and then I might share.
Have also made a lovely orange cake which too is lovely as there was some spare mix which wouldn't fit into the fancy ring and I popped into individual muffin cases. All sprinkled with white stuff (icing sugar) and looking very pretty. My kitchen sink now looks like the Leaning tower of Pisa! Help!!!!
