Well, here I am. Just after 5.00am, and wide awake. I'm taking some new tablets to try and help with my neck pain, and they do really strange things to my head. My brain feels 'alive' and I can't settle. It's the second time I've started them, and I've been told to persevere this time, because the side effects will settle in a few days. I hope they're right! On top of that Mr R is snoring and, because it's chilly, every time he turns over, he grabs the duvet and rolls over with it...leaving me exposed to the elements!
I've given up, and got up to make a cup of tea. Is there anyone else up and about?
Nothing much planned today, just the usual weekend domestic chores, like food shopping. We might go into Reading later, as we've got John Lewis vouchers for free coffee and cake...and we might as well use them.
