What is the worst thing about getting older?

........ apart from looking in the mirror, that is :rolleyes:. For me, it is the lack of sleep. Gone are the days when you put your head on the pillow and next thing it was morning. I would kill for a seven-hour stretch of sleep! I think a lot of us oldies are classed as 'doddery' when we are simply dog tired from sleepless nights and unable to concentrate fully.
