This is from an afternoon chat show here. Ellen often sends celebrities out with an ear piece and makes them say whatever she tells them.

This is particularly good as she had one of her staffers go in first to explain that she is Adele's personal assistant, Adele would be in in a moment, and Adele wanted no fuss and just to treat her like any other customer.
