Did anybody watch the program about Alex Lewis last night?
I can't believe that I would have coped in the way that he, or his wonderful, no-nonsense, partner did in such awful circumstances. To lose all four limbs, and part of your face, almost overnight, due to a Streptococcal infection, must have been devastating.
It puts all my aches, pains and worries into perspective.
