I've woken early this morning, and can't get back to sleep, so I'm tucked up on the recliner chair with a cup of tea. I don't think I'll bother going back to bed. If I'm lucky, I might just nod off, for a while, where I am.
As I'm awake, I thought I'd start the morning post, and push our irritating penguin friend down the page.:rolleyes:
Just bits and pieces for me to do this morning. A bit of paperwork, a bit of ironing, and a few domestic chores. We're still catching up with things since both Mr Rosa's aunt and Clutterbug passed away, but finally there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel.
Coffee and a natter in the town with a friend this afternoon, and then Mr R will be home...and it's a long weekend which is nice.
We're hoping to get our poor neglected garden back into shape over the next couple of days, but that depends a lot on the weather. There are one or two local May Fayres going on over the weekend, so we might just go and have a look. Whatever we do, it will be nice to just relax, and not feel pressured into anything. We need a little bit of "us-time", and I'm looking forward to having a rest.
