Far too late for me to join in a morning thread so I thought I'd do an afternoon one for a change.
Anyway, I had a lovely evening last night at our Supper Club. Not many of us there this time but it was a great night anyway. We had a circular table so we were able to chat easily. Sometimes if there are 8, 9 or 10 of us we get a long table and then we can only chat to our immediate neighbours if you get my drift.
I was up at first sparrow fart this morning as OH was going out early to golf and I was due (overdue) a tart up at D's salon or Foo Foo parlour as I like to call it. It's always lovely seeing my D and getting a bit of pampering and a having a right old giggle too. We are like children when we get together. After the salon it was straight to the hairdressers to get a much needed cut and blow - so now I'm all done up to doll rags and nowhere to go.
The weather is atrocious again and I've put the heating on and swearing a painful death on OH if he dare complain! I like my home comforts and the need to be warm and cosy.
Anyway, I feel I have bored you all enough for now, so I'm off to make a coffee and indulge in a custard filled doughnut!!
