or should I say Little Miss Knackered, Concerned and Frustrated?
Have had to cancel my lesson today as Ruby dog is very poorly. Saw it coming as she's not been quite herself for about 3 days culminating this morning in 'rocket vomitting' (I don't know quite how else to described it but what's coming out of her is shooting across the kitchen floor some 1.5 metres and lots of it). She has been eating soil obviously trying to rid herself of whatever is in her stomach blocking the way to her intestine (has been sneaky about this it seems when she tours the garden in the evenings. I have my MIL and her nurse coming to stay for the weekend and so far I've cleaned up the kitchen floor, the door sills
to the patio and the patio tiles some ten times. We're booked into the Vet at 5pm for an x-ray, probably under anaesthetic so can I ask you all to keep your fingers crossed that we can make her better. She doesn't have the toughest pancreas and is permanently on medication.
Didn't help that our water has been switched off for most of the day because we were replacing some pipes in the basement - just 1300 euros worth so between that and the Vets bill it is going to be an expensive weekend!
