I thing some of us are getting the two confused.
It's perfectly acceptable to mention a shop or brand if something comes from them which you buy, use or wear and find to be a good product, which you are then recommending it to the rest of us.
What's not right is to mention your own brand or website on here in order to make yourself money from it. In fact as we know, that is the sole reason some people have joined, in order to get some free advertising for their product.
Now can we all get back to telling each other about our favourite jeans, mascara or cream cake by name, instead of us all going round in circles leaving clues as to who the brand are or apologising for it and asking not be be reported?
