I'm back!

Hi girls, just a quickie as I am rushing out to drive to Calpe (an hour and a half away) to meet up with our lovely forummers Looby Loo and Maisie who are on holiday there. I am sooo looking forward to seeing them again and hearing about what they have been up to this past week!! Got back last night to a tumultuous welcome from the dogs (OH pleased too but not quite as effusive ha ha!). Left Scotland (7C and very windy) arriving in Alicante where it was 22C! A bit of shock, not that I am complaining. I had a great time in Scotland despite the wind and rain (does it ever stop???) Met up with the new slim, trim Cakie along with other forummers in Glasgow. Cakie is looking so glam. Her cats are happy now that she has got rid of the dog! Also had lunch with my schoolfriends and with Rena's hubby who seem to be finally coming to terms with his loss. My mum is looking really great for 93 going on 94 and is as sharp as a needle. She can still beat me at scrabble !!!Right, gotta go. Will catch up with you later.
